The Reserve is a cat-only boarding retreat in Marol, Andheri East. Fourteen private suites, each with a window, a perch run and a litter cabinet of its own; air-conditioned and held at 24°C day and night; every suite on camera with 24/7 live access for families. Suites and rates (per suite, per night)
- The Den — 28 ft² (4 × 7 ft), one cat — ₹1,200
- The Haven — 35 ft² (5 × 7 ft), two to three cats from one home — ₹1,500
- The Sanctuary — 49 ft² (7 × 7 ft), two to three cats from one home — ₹1,900
Dry food (N&D or Sheba) included. Siblings sharing a suite are ₹600 per night each. Every suite has an 8.5 ft ceiling with climbing above eye level — roughly 8.8× the 2 × 2 ft cubicle most cat boarding in India offers.
How we care for your cat
- Cleaning, monitoring and handling routines written with a consulting veterinarian and reviewed every quarter.
- Feline-trained attendants, never more than five guests per attendant, and someone on the floor every night.
- Wellness check at arrival; appetite, litter and behaviour logged through the settling period.
- Your cat's own routine kept — same food, same times; medication given on your schedule and logged.
- Cat-led play in a daylit atrium, one guest at a time.
- A written note with photographs every evening, and 36 cameras with night vision streaming 24/7.
- Medical boarding by arrangement with your own vet, for cats recovering from surgery or on daily medication.
Admission requirements
- Core feline vaccinations, with a certificate dated within the last twelve months.
- Deworming and flea treatment within the month before check-in.
- Sterilised if eight months or older (younger kittens welcome).
- Negative FIV/FeLV test to use the shared atrium — untested cats play privately in their suite.
